Stargazing Tours & Workshop Cancellation Policy

We understand things happen, so in those situations, the following applies:

• All cancellations are subject to a minimum of $100 service charge.

• If you cancel, and your spot is filled, you will be refunded (minus the $100 service charge)
• If you cancel, and your spot is not filled, the following applies:

1. Cancel 60 days or more before the start of the event, full refund (minus $100 service charge).
2. Cancel 30 days or more before the start of the event, 50% refund .
3. Cancel 14 days before the start of the event, no refund.
